I had a fantastic stay at The Birches - Large Victorian Villa. The rooms were lovely and the large beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, being close to the town center. There was plenty of space for everyone, which made it great for a large group like ours. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, such as dust under some cabinets, the bedding and towels were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Torquay.

The value for money was great, the room was spacious and comfortable with large beds. The location was beautiful and close to the town centre. The staff treated us really well, making us feel welcome and at home.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

spacious villa for family & quiet time, easy walk to Torquay. Exceeded expectations, luxurious stay with two sitting rooms, huge dining table, and great patio for games. Loved the bbq & sun loungers. Felt at home with well-equipped kitchen & welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for large groups!
